Nüvo SOS tag

🐾 Help what you love find its way home!

The Nüvo SOS tag is an ID tag with a unique, permanent QR code on the back. If someone finds your backpack, your keys, your pet's collar or anything you have lost, they just scan it with their phone and send you a notice. You get it by e-mail and you can arrange the return together.

How it works:

• 🛒 You buy it: pick your colours and, if you like, the text on the tag (for example, your pet's name).

• 📱 You activate it: the first time you scan the QR, we ask for an alias and your e-mail. It takes a minute and the tag is tied to you.

• 💌 You get notices: if someone finds it, you receive an e-mail with their message and you can talk through a private link.

Your privacy comes first: whoever scans the tag does not see your name, phone number or e-mail. They only see the alias you chose. To notify you, the finder leaves their e-mail and gives express permission to share it with you; we never sell or use your data for anything else.

Key features:

• 🔒 Unique, permanent QR: every tag has its own code, which never changes or repeats.

• 📵 No app, no batteries, no connection: it works with any phone camera.

• 🎨 Customisable: add a name or a short phrase and choose up to two colours.

• 🧸 For everything: backpacks, keys, pet collars, suitcases, pencil cases, school or sports gear.

• 🖨️ 3D printed in Barcelona: we make it to order in our studio.

Please note: Nüvo SOS is not a GPS tracker, does not follow your belongings and does not replace 112. It is a simple, respectful way for whoever finds your item to get in touch with you. We do not collect or return items either: the return is agreed between you and the finder.

💡 Tip: choose an alias that does not include a child's full name or your address. Something like “Lucas's backpack” or “Toby” is enough.
